NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager), as manager of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), is holding an Investor Day today for key New Zealand based stakeholders including existing institutional unitholders, investment analysts and retail unitholder representatives.The Investor Day includes:

1. Asset tour of Ormiston Hospital in Auckland.

2. Presentations from executives and directors of the Manager.

3. Presentations from the leadership teams of two hospital operators.
