– A Notice of Annual Meeting 2018;
– A Voting/Proxy Form for the Annual Meeting 2018.

The Annual Meeting will be held at Ellerslie Event Centre, 80 Ascot Ave, Auckland, at 2.00pm (NZST) on Thursday 20 December 2018.
