Distribution Reinvestment Plan
We have established a Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) to give investors the option to reinvest distributions into additional Vital units, without paying brokerage, commissions or other transaction costs.
At the time of declaring of any distribution, we will determine whether the DRP is available in respect of that distribution, and if so, whether any discount will be applicable when determining the price per unit of any Vital units issued under the DRP.

How to Register
Unit Holders who wish to update their DRP details online should visit www.investorcentre.com/nz and log in using their User ID and password. From the “My Profile” menu please choose “Reinvestment Plans”, select Vital Healthcare Property Trust from the drop down menu and then either apply for or amend your Reinvestment Plan participation. If Unit Holders have not registered on Investor Centre, they will need their CSN/Holder number and FIN to access this service.
