Delivered in partnership with Endoscopy Auckland Limited (a joint venture between Evolution Healthcare and Allevia Health), this 4-theatre, 16-bed facility provides endoscopy services with modern clinical spaces, recovery areas and dedicated parking.

This Green Star rating reflects our commitment to sustainable, resilient and patient-centered healthcare design and we are on track to achieve the As Built rating in 2026.

Endoscopy Auckland (Kipling Ave) is also recognised as the first private hospital in New Zealand to achieve a 5 Star Design rating under the NZGBC Design & As Built v1.0 tool.
