Ormiston Hospital Expansion
Pleased to announce the completion of our ~$38m expansion of Ormiston Hospital & Healthcare in Auckland which almost doubles the size of the Hospital.
The now ~10,000sqm facility is majority leased to Ormiston Hospital, which is majority owned by Southern Cross Healthcare, on a new 20-year lease.
Over 10,000sqm of adjacent land is available for further expansion and master planning has commenced for future development stages.
