The GenesisCare Comprehensive Cancer Centre
We are thrilled to announce that our new integrated cancer centre at Campbelltown in Sydney, has achieved a 6 Star Design & As Built v1.3 certified rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
The GenesisCare Comprehensive Cancer Centre is the first stage of the Macarthur Health Precinct, delivering state-of-the-art and much needed healthcare services in south-west Sydney.
This marks the first asset within Vital’s portfolio to achieve 6 Star Green Star certification and demonstrates our commitment to leadership in sustainable healthcare real estate.
The development also won the award for “Excellence in Sustainability – Commercial Category” at the Master Builders Association of New South Wales 2024 Awards.
