Coomera Health Campus

Coomera Health Campus is a strategically masterplanned health precinct to be developed in multiple stages across a 2ha site on the Gold Coast. The site sits directly opposite a major greenfield public hospital and near Westfield Coomera, Coomera Railway Station, and TAFE Queensland’s Coomera Campus.

Stage 1 comprises a 5,000sqm ambulatory care facility including day surgery, imaging, pathology, pharmacy, allied health and specialist consulting suites.

Stage 2 is proposed to deliver a 60-bed mental health facility.

Future stages are currently under masterplan design but are envisaged to include a private overnight hospital and multideck carpark.

Development Applications have been achieved for Stage 1 and Stage 2.
