Campbelltown, Western SydneyThe Macarthur Health Precinct is a staged precinct development in Campbelltown, strategically located near the recently redeveloped Campbelltown Public Hospital.
Stage 2 of the Macarthur Health Precinct is a ~9,300sqm NLA designed to accommodate a short stay surgical hospital, GP clinic, pharmacy, pathology, medical imaging, specialist consult suites and other health, education and research related uses.
State Significant Development Application has been secured.
The balance of the precinct is in the masterplanning phase and envisaged to include a multi-deck car park, overnight private hospital and life sciences and education space. The precinct has been registered with Green Building Council Australia’s Green Star Communities rating tool V1.1 as a 5 Star Green Star Community, and is the first health precinct to be registered with the Communities rating tool. The building is also targeting 5 Star Green Star rating (Buildings).
