Wakefield Hospital is the largest private hospital in the Wellington region, located on a 2.2ha site 5km south of Wellington’s CBD.
The recently redeveloped Hospital is a seismically resilient and modern facility with 7 operating theatres, 2 cardiac cath labs, 47-beds including ICU and HDU, a 3,000sqm medical consulting building and ~265 carparks.
By the end of 2025 and at completion of the latest ~$11.5m expansion on Level 5, Wakefield Hospital will become an 81-bed facility.
