Vital is a specialist owner of healthcare real estate across Australia and New Zealand. We seek to deliver stable and growing total Unit Holder returns including an attractive risk-adjusted income distribution, majority sourced from healthcare real estate. Details of the subsectors Vital invests in is included below. The indicative target asset allocations listed below provide an indication of how we could move the portfolio over time subject to appropriate acquisition and / or development opportunities becoming available.
